Leadership Roundtable Workshops
SNARI has developed our Leadership Roundtable workshop as an educational program to open a dialog about critical and controversial issues that impact the student nurse. This workshop is an open discussion roundtable led by SNARI Executive Officers. Topics include social media in nursing, delegation, conflict management, behavior based interviews and patient confidentiality. Students are encouraged to think critically and discuss their feelings on each topic.

What students are saying about our Leadership Roundtables...
"I liked the topic of nursing in the media. I think it provoked a very heated discussion that is not very concrete in the nursing world now."
"You guys were wonderful and we thank you so much for coming! The format and relaxed but structured discussion made it fun and interesting!"
"I liked the transitional topic and how to deal with other staff as a new graduate nurse because this is relevant information for students to learn about since they will be faced with these kinds of situations in the near future."
"I liked the topic of finding out your strengths and how they worked well with one another because it gives you and example of how things will be whenyou are working with different nurses on the floor."
